The project started in September 2009. The cause of development was an understanding of real estate market of Spain potential, it's stagnation and as a consequense falling of real estate costs.

The work on real estate portal TOP-CASA started in September 2009. During first two months active testing was done and models of portal development were discussed and chosen. In December 2009 reconstruction of the portal was initiated, some new features and services were added, functionality and operability were improved.

At the moment a team of 6 professionals is actively developing the project. The main objective of the portal is to create a large real estate database in the western and eastern Europe and to provide high quality service to clients.
