Open a Real Trading Account

Partnership scheme

Before you open an account with us and start trading, we ask that you familiarize yourself with the agreements and other documents pertaining to Admiral Markets AS. These documents serve to inform you about our legal responsibilities and our general business practices. You can find the terms and conditions as well as other documents under the "Trading Terms" menu, in the "Contracts and Documents" section. Prior to opening an account, an Admiral Markets AS representative will guide you through the compliance procedure. This entails filling out all legally necessary documents which will enable us to complete your account registration in full compliance with the laws of the European Union. Here is a list of documents which we will ask you to present to us:

For Natural Persons:

  1. Copy of passport or ID card (notarized translated copy in case of non EU residents);
  2. Utility bill or a bank statement confirming your place of residency;
  3. Filled in and signed Client Agreement for Natural Person;
  4. Notarized power of attorney to the proxies, if any;

For Legal Entities:

  1. The constituent and registration documents (constitution, memorandum, articles of incorporation, etc..) registered with the changes, additions and confirmations of the appointment of the persons entitled to act without a power of attorney;
  2. Documents confirming the ownership structure of the legal entity, which must also include the personal details of beneficiaries;
  3. Licenses, subject to availability;
  4. Filled in and signed Client Agreement for Legal Entity;
  5. Notarized power of attorney to the proxies, if any;

Following the completion of the compliance procedure and signing of the full set of documents, an Admiral Markets AS representative will provide you with a user name and password for accessing our trading servers.

Note: Submitted documents must be either original documents or scanned copies. Documents must be provided in Estonian, Russian or English. In the event that they are in a different language, the documents must be translated into Estonian, Russian or English. Translation must be certified by a notary.
